Hello! My name is Michele Smeal and I am an Adoption Contractor. I graduated from Lock Haven University with a degree in social work. I have worked for over twenty years in the child welfare field, including Children & Youth Services, foster care, and international and domestic adoption.  I feel fortunate to assist Birth and Adoptive families in the adoption process.
