Hi, my name is Vanda Carullo. I am thrilled to return to JFCS in a dual role as the Adoption & Outreach Coordinator for Open Arms Adoption. I’ve spent most of my career working in various types of adoption including within public, private, domestic and international adoption.  As an Adoption Coordinator, I am honored to help expectant, birth, and adoptive parents in their family planning process.  As the Outreach Coordinator, I am eager to inform and extend knowledge to women and professionals who may benefit from learning about our services. In addition to a B.S. from Syracuse University, I have completed graduate courses in the Counseling Psychology program at Temple University.
