Hello!
We’re Nick and Kath, and we feel so lucky to have this chance to “meet” you! We met and fell in love in high school, and even though our lives took different directions when we went to college, we just couldn’t seem to let go of each other. All these years later, we’re married and living in Philly. Nick is a doctor in the second year of his residency for Internal Medicine. He started out as a lab scientist after college, but he decided to go to med school when he realized he enjoyed working with people more than mice. Kath is a high school English teacher and the Dean of Student Life at her school. She gets to work with kids, teach the books she loves, and plan fun community activities for her students. Nick loves chess and baseball, Kath loves old-timey jazz music and FaceTiming with her siblings, but the most important thing we have in common is 18 years of loving each other.
We both come from big families (four siblings each!), and it’s always been our dream to build a loving family of our own. If you choose to make an adoption plan, and if you choose us to parent, we will be overjoyed to welcome your baby into a home full of books, music, cousins, homemade cookies, and unconditional love. We will never understand what you’re feeling as you make this decision for your baby, but please know that we’re rooting for you, whatever you decide. We wish you comfort, peace, and tons of loving support.
With love and gratitude,
Nick and Kath
Fun Facts about Kath & Nick
Favorite places: Our high school (where we met when we were 16!), our roof deck with our favorite view of Philly, and the beautiful hiking trails in our New Jersey hometown
Favorite foods: Eggo waffles, bananas, and takeout from our favorite Indian restaurant
Favorite hobbies: Travel! Nick’s mom is from France, and Kath’s dad is from England, so we have lots of great places to visit loved ones. Nick speaks French, which helps us get around when we’re outside the U.S.!
Favorite holidays: Literally any excuse to see our families! One year, Kath’s family realized that our ages all added up to 200, so we threw ourselves a 200th birthday party.
