We’re Nick and Doug, a fun-loving married couple living in a family-friendly suburb of Philadelphia. We are so grateful to you for taking the time to get to know us, and we hope this profile gives you a little glimpse into our lives, and the kind of life we hope to give our child.
We have talked about becoming dads since we first started dating, and we are so ready to welcome a child into our family. We both come from big families (Nick is one of 8!), and we already have several nieces and nephews that we enjoy spending time with whenever we can. We love that our child will have lots of cousins to grow up with!
When we first met, we had an instant connection. We are best friends first and foremost, and we can enjoy almost any activity if we are together. We love spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking to local waterfalls or taking a day trip to the beach. We both really love animals, so we also like to go to the zoo whenever we can. Nick loves to cook, and Doug loves to bake, so our home is always filled with tasty food! We can’t wait to share our favorite activities and our favorite foods with our child someday.
Thank you so much for learning a little bit about us. If you decide that we are the right fit for your baby, please know that they would be raised in a home full of unconditional love, delicious food, creativity, kindness, and lots of fun! Whether or not we get the chance to meet you, we genuinely wish the very best for you.

Fun Facts about Nick & Doug
Favorite Foods: Doug was raised by an Italian mother, so he could eat pasta & meatballs every day and be very happy. Nick’s favorite food is Doug’s homemade chocolate chip cookies – they’re the best I’ve ever tasted!
Favorite Places: We honeymooned in Disney World, and it was just magical. We’re looking forward to taking our child one day so that we can experience the magic through their eyes. We also love visiting the Poconos for the beautiful nature walks and waterfalls.
Favorite Hobbies: We both creative types. Doug enjoys acting and singing in local community theater shows. Nick loves to draw and paint. He even draws chalk murals on our chalkboard wall at home, which he changes every season. We also love to have friends over for silly game nights.
Favorite Holidays: We love Christmas because we get to see our large, extended families, and Doug gets to bake so many cookies! But we also really look forward to Halloween, when we have a tradition of decorating our house to look like Hogwarts (from Harry Potter) for the season.
