The Hospital Experience in NYC on 5/20/20
May 20 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
It’s difficult to imagine what your experience at the hospital will be like before you have even been chosen by a birth parent. Nonetheless, our work shows that there are several scenarios that we often see and experience together. Join us to discuss and to learn about how Open Arms will support both you and the birth family. Additionally, participants will hear from an adoptive mother who has three hospital experiences from which to reflect upon. Facilitator: Stefani Moon, MA, LPC
Registration is required for all events.
Stefani Moon is a Licensed Professional Counselor, adjunct instructor for Rutgers School of Social Work and a certified Tuning in To Teens® & Tuning in To Kids® parent educator.
